Guiding You Through Life's Storms

Legal Solutions Tailored To Your Unique Needs

When you need to seek the help of an attorney for trust administration, business law or other estate planning concerns, you want to know that you can trust your legal advocate. I am attorney John Marshall, and I believe everyone deserves to have a lawyer they can trust with some of their most sensitive concerns. At Marshall Law, in Wildwood, I represent clients in Sumter and Lake counties.

While in law school, I enrolled in The University of Akron School of Business and finished my Juris Doctor degree and master’s degree in taxation at the same time. After passing The Florida Bar exam, I worked at a small law firm, beginning my career in estate planning and tax law. I was also admitted to the United States Tax Court and became a registered representative with the IRS.

Aside from representing my clients at Marshall Law, I strive to ensure that my legal skills and knowledge are up to date by getting involved in my community. I am an active member of WealthCounsel, LLC, which provides education and technical support about estate planning and trust administration. I have also served as a board member for the Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center and the Lady Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. Learn more about me and my background using the link below.
