Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
- Program description. Marshall Law, P.A. sends text messages about scheduling, appointment reminders, updates on your legal matter, requests for documents or information, billing notices, and replies to your inquiries.
- Promotional messages. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send text messages about events, seminars, and other promotions. This consent is optional and separate from consent to the messages described above.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We may send one message confirming your request. You can also opt out by emailing your request and mobile number to service@marshalllawpa.com.

- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or legal representation.
- Non-sharing of opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
